Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect / Functional Lead

Location: Princeton, NJ (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract (11 Months)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect / Functional Lead to act as the bridge between business needs and Salesforce platform capabilities. This role will focus on clearing enhancement backlogs, optimizing data flows, and maximizing the use of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds to improve user adoption and customer satisfaction. The position also involves establishing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support governance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Cloud Architecture & Execution:

• Provide functional expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Support portal strategies including scheduling, invoicing, and future integrations
  
  

Data & Integration Strategy:

• Manage and optimize data architecture and system integrations
• Oversee lead routing processes and downstream system integrations
  
  

Strategic Delivery Support:

• Collaborate with Delivery Lead to align business and technical strategies
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  
  

Enhancement Delivery & SOPs:

• Drive backlog prioritization and enhancement delivery
• Develop and maintain SOPs for process standardization and scalability
  
  

Ecosystem Management:

• Manage third-party tools and integrations such as document generation and e-signature platforms
  
  

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Review deployment updates and offshore development progress
• Conduct strategy sessions with Delivery Lead
• Manage backlog, prioritize tasks, and support issue resolution
• Design functional data flows and system processes
• Coordinate daily handoffs with offshore development teams
  
  

Required Experience:

• 8 10 years of overall IT/Business experience
• 5 7 years of hands-on Salesforce experience

• Salesforce Platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Development & Automation: Flow Builder, Process Builder
• Agile Tools: Jira, Rally, Confluence
• Data & Analytics: Data Loader, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector, ETL tools, Snowflake
• Process Mapping: Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio
• Integrations & Ecosystem: HubSpot, Conga Composer, DocuSign
