Job Description:
7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a consulting environment
Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex development, including multi-object triggers, bulkified code, and governor limit optimization
Ability to design efficient business logic using Maps, Lists and optimized SOQL queries
Hands-on experience independently delivering complex Lightning Web Components LWC user stories
Experience implementing complex Apex integrations, applying multiple integration design patterns
Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, and multi-object security architecture
Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and mentor team members
Preferred Qualifications:
2 to 3 design patterns developing complex Apex Integration
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or above
Exposure to Banking Financial service or Wealth Management domains
Exposure to AI and AI integrations"
