Required Skills And Experience
- Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, specifically Licensing, Permitting, and Inspections data models.
- Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
- Experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field OR equivalent work experience.
