We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions. This role involves supporting critical workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality Salesforce applications aligned with business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and support CRM solutions, including workflow automation and enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and features
Manage release cycles and ensure smooth deployments
Maintain development standards and ensure adherence across the team
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Ensure security, performance, and scalability of solutions
Provide technical leadership and contribute to architecture decisions
Support CI/CD processes and version control using modern tools
Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies
Required Skills & Experience:
6 years of Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in:
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery
5 years of experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud
3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning (LWC)
Experience with Salesforce Development Lifecycle and SFDX
Hands-on experience with API integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO)
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or similar
Knowledge of data migration and system integrations
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Experience with Conga and Drawloop
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and secure environments (e.g., government or regulated industries)
