Kforce has a client in Fitchburg, WI that is looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Architect with strong consulting expertise and hands-on experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across multiple clients and industries.

Architecture & Solution Design:
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions-including Sales, Service, and Health Cloud-aligned to client objectives and industry best practices
- Translate complex business processes into scalable and maintainable technical designs
- Define data models, security architectures, integration approaches, and governance structures
- Work across multiple clients, each with unique requirements, org setups, and technical environments
- Facilitate discovery sessions, solutioning workshops, and technical design reviews with client stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor on Salesforce capabilities, platform roadmap, and recommended approaches
- Lead the technical design for new Salesforce CRM implementations and major enhancements-often for clients implementing Salesforce for the first time
- Guide configuration, customization, development, and integration activities
- Provide architectural oversight to project teams and ensure adherence to best practices
- Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware tools
- Define and oversee data migration strategies, including mapping, cleansing, and validation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data and security requirements when implementing Health Cloud
- Ensure solutions are robust, secure, high-performing, and aligned with platform best practices
- Conduct code reviews, create documentation, and establish standards for reuse and consistency
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend improvements to clients
- At least one advanced Salesforce certification preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Health Cloud Consultant)
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including repeated delivery of end-to-end CRM implementations
- Prior experience working in a consulting or client-facing role, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, data modeling, and security
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, including its data model, care plans, person accounts, and healthcare workflows
- Strong understanding of system integration patterns, API design, and middleware tools
