Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements (BRD/FRD)
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Configure and support modules within Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with developers, admins, and QA teams
- Support UAT testing and deployment activities
- Identify process improvements and optimize workflows
- Ensure data integrity and system performance
- Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform
- Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Strong skills in requirement gathering and documentation
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration (workflows, validation rules, reports)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
