Seeking an expert-level Salesforce Systems Architect to support the implementation and enhancement of a new Salesforce solution. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and technical teams to design, configure, customize, and support Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.

Project Description:
Seeking an expert-level Salesforce Systems Architect to support the implementation and enhancement of a new Salesforce solution. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and technical teams to design, configure, customize, and support Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
I. Client Interaction & Requirements Gathering
- Participate in client discovery sessions, status meetings, workshops, and Q&A sessions
- Gather business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, and observation
- Document business and technical requirements, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Present Salesforce solutions, configurations, and customization approaches to stakeholders
- Provide project updates, risks, challenges, and next steps to clients and project managers
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automation tools
- Build and maintain automation using Process Builder and Flow
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, migration, and de-duplication
- Create and optimize reports and dashboards for business insights
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, defects, and user-reported problems
- Update project tracking tools with task progress and activity status
- Collaborate with administrators, developers, consultants, and project managers
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Review team deliverables and provide technical guidance
- Ensure project deliverables remain within approved scope
- Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and enhancements
- Research and adopt new Salesforce products and features
- Pursue Salesforce certifications and continuous learning
- Follow industry best practices, blogs, and technical forums
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and admin guides
- Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned with internal teams
- Maintain knowledge repositories and documentation libraries
✔ 84 Months of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and administration
✔ 60 Months of experience in:
- Designing, building, and deploying custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflow rules
- Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow
- Managing user profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings
- Creating and optimizing reports and dashboards
- Working with the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem
- Data loading, cleansing, migration, and de-duplication
- Salesforce release management and adapting solutions to platform updates
- Custom development using Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Writing queries using SOQL and SOSL
