Job Summary
Application Support Analyst with experience managing enterprise application functionality, system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, data management, reporting, and user support. Skilled in business process improvement, requirements gathering, application training, and supporting system integrations, enhancements, and implementations. Familiar with Salesforce, business analysis, and cross-functional project support to ensure efficient and reliable application performance.
Typical duties include
- Application support for assigned systems (hub Nashville, HR Benefits).
- Manage the day-to-day enterprise application functionality, including system administration and system
- Support customer requests for configuration, implementation, and enhancement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise application issues for supported systems.
- Application testing, including the development of test plans and test cases and troubleshooting the application.
- Application training for supported applications (coordination, scheduling, instruction, preparation)
- Data management and monitoring, including archiving and purging processes where appropriate,
operational user’s security, copying/backup processes.
- Schedule and distribute reports as requested (administration, monitoring/reviews, requesting.)
- Support and maintain application interfaces/integrations as needed.
- Annual/Quarterly software or setup maintenance for supported applications.
- User profile and license audits for assigned systems.
- Review current business processes and make recommendations for process improvement.
- Support project manager and team in configuration, implementing and maintaining of enterprise applications
- Assist in researching selected enterprise applications functionality and apply identified information where
- Prepare requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process
- Project task and analysis work for enhancements and/or issues related to customer and vendor applications.
- 1-2 years of business analyst or system administration experience in a software application or system matching
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Below are preferred experiences, knowledge or skills for the candidate:
- Some experience with the Salesforce application
- Some Business Analysis experience
- Valid "Class D" Driver''s License
