Position: Sales Territory Manager

Location: Hybrid in Naples to Tampa, FL (Onsite Interview) Locals Only

Employment Type: Fulltime

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Territory Manager to maximize sales growth, expand market penetration, and develop new business opportunities throughout the Naples-to-Tampa territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Develop new business opportunities across healthcare, education, hospitality, and commercial markets
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility managers
• Deliver product presentations and become a trusted industry resource
• Attend trade shows and industry conferences
  
  

Requirements:

✔ 5 years of outside sales experience

✔ Business Development expertise

✔ Public Speaking and Presentation Skills

✔ Commercial Building Specifications experience

✔ Bachelor's Degree

✔ Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience selling construction or building products
• Experience calling on architects and designers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
