The Sales Representative proactively drives revenue by identifying and contacting potential customers via cold calling, emailing, and social selling. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively prospect and contact new leads through high-volume cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Qualification & Pitching: Identify customer needs, pitch products/services, and qualify prospects to determine buying intent.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales quotas.
Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
