A financial services firm in Vienna, Virginia, is seeking a Risk and Compliance Systems Analyst to oversee security and compliance within an Oracle ERP Fusion environment. For more information please apply!

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 4:30pm (EST)
• Setting: Hybrid 3x a week onsite
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Performing user access reviews and managing privileged access across Oracle ERP Fusion
• Monitoring Oracle Risk Management Cloud alerts and incidents
• Documenting findings, root cause analysis, remediation plans, and audit evidence
• Partnering with auditors to support ICFR requirements
• Collaborating with various teams to maintain security and compliance
• Performing other duties, as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP Fusion Security and Compliance
• High School Diploma / GED
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP Fusion Security
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud
• Solid understanding of ICFR and Financial Compliance frameworks
• Experience with User Access reviews and Risk Monitoring
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
  
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate's and/or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in Audit, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management
• Familiarity with Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts
• Experience with OTBI Reporting
• Experience with SIT and UAT test scenarios
• Comfort with AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot
