Role Overview
This is a hands-on execution role focused on implementation, field readiness, and adoption, ensuring that technology investments translate into measurable operational outcomes across corporate and franchise restaurants.
Required Experience
8–12 years in technology implementation, program delivery, or change management
Proven experience in multi-site rollout deployments (restaurant, retail, or similar environments)
Strong understanding of restaurant or retail technologies (POS, digital, kitchen systems)
Experience working with field operations and/or franchise models
Hands-on experience managing cutovers and go-live execution
Preferred Experience
QSR or restaurant industry experience
Experience with high-velocity rollout programs
Familiarity with Agile or iterative deployment models
Exposure to change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR)
Key Skills
Strong execution and delivery focus
Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Excellent stakeholder and field communication skills
Structured problem-solving and issue resolution
High degree of ownership and accountability
Success Criteria (Contract Outcomes)
Successful rollout of prioritized technology initiatives across defined markets
High adoption and usability of deployed solutions in restaurants
Minimal disruption during go-live and faster stabilization
