- Plan and Facilitate the Program Increment Sessions.
- Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives (the RTE) and publish them for visibility and transparency.
- Assist tracking the execution of features and epics (How do we measure).
- Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART Leadership Sync, Scrum of Scrums (SoS) etc.
- Help manage ART level risks and dependencies.
- Escalate and track impediments for the teams in the ART.
- Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
- Facilitate ART level Demos to all stakeholders.
- Work with the Program Management Office (PMO) on program execution and operational excellence.
