Responsibilities
- Review and approve ingredient documentation, nutrition labeling, and regulatory information.
- Create and validate Nutrition Facts labels in compliance with FDA and other regulatory entities (e.g., Kosher, Halal).
- Perform technical reviews of product and ingredient specifications, ingredient and allergen statements, and packaging artwork.
- Assist with preparing and submitting regulatory documentation for internal product approvals and renewals.
- Approve regulatory artwork related to ingredient statements, label claims, and nutrition panels.
- Stay current on food laws, nutrition labeling regulations, and emerging nutrition trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field (required).
- Open to new graduates, including recent or upcoming graduates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulatory and technical documentation.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
