Key Responsibilities
Full Lifecycle Recruiting
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing screening offer close)
- Handle high-priority and complex roles across business teams
- Work closely with hiring managers and leadership
- Provide consultative guidance on hiring strategies and talent market trends
- Influence decision-making using data and insights
- Build strong talent pipelines
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for competitive markets
- Engage and attract top-tier candidates
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (pipeline, conversion, time-to-fill, etc.)
- Use data to:
- Improve hiring efficiency
- Forecast hiring needs
- Optimize processes
- Drive process optimization and operational improvements
- Lead recruiting initiatives and projects
- Enhance scalability and efficiency of hiring processes
- Manage offer process end-to-end
- Handle:
- Offer rollout
- Negotiations
- Candidate closing
Core Requirements
- 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong hiring experience in:
- GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success/Experience)
- G&A functions
- Proven ability to:
- Influence stakeholders
- Manage hiring priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience with ATS (preferably Greenhouse)
- Strong use of recruiting analytics & metrics
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to:
- Work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Handle multiple priorities with urgency
