What You'll Do
- Perform needs assessments to ensure data collection systems align with stakeholder requirements
- Support Launch Quality Monitoring Process (LQMP) and new model launch activities
- Analyze data trends to identify quality concerns and generate Quality Investigation Reports (QIRs)
- Partner with Quality & Service Engineering to improve early detection and reduce market impact
- Monitor and manage data collection processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with budget goals
- Collaborate across teams to improve data systems and reporting processes
- Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive, transportation, trucking, or aviation
- Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and trend identification
- Experience with SQL or programming preferred
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in data tools and willingness to learn new systems
