Key Responsibilities
- Quality System Development: Design and implement quality control plans, inspection methods, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Data Analysis & Improvement: Use statistical tools (SPC) to monitor process capability and identify areas for improvement.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate non-conformances, defects, and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Inspection & Audit: Conduct in-process, final, and supplier audits, along with First Article Inspections (FAI).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure quality is integrated into new product development and production.
- Education: Bachelor"s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or related field.
- Technical Skills: Experience with QC tools (e.g., calipers, gauges), root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone), AS9100, IPC
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills to interface with staff at all levels.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or quality control.
