Lead and support quality improvement projects with suppliers to reduce PPM, warranty claims, and production rejects.
Proficiency in root cause analysis tools, such as:
5 Whys
Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams
Other Quality Engineering methodologies
ISO 9001 or IAT16949 Audit experience
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Proficiency in blueprint reading
Qualification:
BS
Ability to read blueprints
Understanding of manufacturing processes
