Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in enterprise judicial case management platform configuration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Test Manager and Visual Studio for defect lifecycle management.
• Experience in SQL for data analysis and generating custom system reports.
• Experience with component, integration, performance, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Experience with GAAP-compliant financial applications and document imaging systems.
• Experience in requirements gathering and functional analysis within Agile or Waterfall.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance lifecycle and strategic defect management for judicial software.
• Plan and organize comprehensive testing phases for newly developed platform features.
• Report key quality metrics and operational issues to senior executive leadership.
• Execute complex test scripts and validate results across integrated system interfaces.
• Coordinate regression testing schedules and release management with external software vendors.
• Architect test scenarios and script traceability for functional system enhancements.
• Direct technical knowledge transfer and lead training workshops for end users.
