QA program duties:
- Creating schedules and aligning cross-functional resources
- Preparing meeting materials (often PowerPoint presentations)
- Scheduling meetings
- Taking and distributing meeting notes
- Meeting follow-up
- Design, manage, and lead implementation activities for updates and expansion of the program
- Evaluation design and checklist versioning
- Evaluation checklist versioning
- Self-evaluation programing support
- Planning and oversight of evaluation pilots
- Cross-functional coordination to align future QA program strategy with on-going Brand Standard effort.
- Overall program coordination and administration including.
- Management and upkeep of program information, ServiceNow, and other channels as necessary.
- Support of assigned ad-hoc activities for updating of program content, communications, and documentation.
- Drafting program communications to field.
- Answering program questions and/or routing questions to appropriate individuals.
- Assisting in the prioritization of QA requests.
