In this role, you will: This role reports to the QA Supervisor and works to ensure the quality and accuracy of information in our systems and related outputs. Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed. Assists in submitting reports and forms to government agencies Assist Lab/Sales/Operations teams with data entry, data retrieval, analysis work or other administrative tasks Will quality check slides and works with lab teams to correct any issues identified Responds to customer calls related to insurance filings of their cases Assists with troubleshooting and correcting complex issues Will contact clinics for missing patient information Ensures all needed insurance information is received and entered into systems correctly. May perform other relates tasks as needed. All you need is: High School diploma, Associates Degree in Business Administration, Medical Technology or related field preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in Google Workspace; Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Knowledge of medical terminology Familiarity with laboratory equipment and processes Data entry: 1 year (Preferred) At least 1 year of lab experience, Ability to manage a multitude of tasks at any one given time.
