Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead quality engineering and testing for data‑driven regulatory reporting applications.
- Validate data accuracy and completeness across source‑to‑target data flows and reports.
- Design and execute test strategies covering functional, regression, and data reconciliation testing.
- Partner with technology and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Oversee test execution, defect analysis, and root‑cause identification.
- Own testing documentation including scope, strategy, execution results, and delivery artifacts.
- 5–8 years of experience in data and report testing, preferably within regulatory or risk platforms.
- Strong expertise in SQL and data validation techniques.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle.
- Intermediate proficiency in data analysis.
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehouse concepts.
- Proven debugging skills to identify and resolve data or system issues.
- Experience managing and maintaining testing deliverables and documentation.
- Extensive experience in data‑centric testing environments
- Exposure to Axiom reporting tool would be a great plus.
- Experience with Python or R for data profiling, validation, or automation is a strong plus.
