Job Description:
Pay Range: $20.15hr - $24.15hr
- Receive tubs of product from the manufacturing lines and inspect each syringe or vial in a light booth against black and white backgrounds.
- Inspect rejected syringes and/or vials from automated inspection lines to confirm the presence of defects and classify defect types according to the approved defect list.
- Inspect defect kits received from vendors to confirm correct defects in each unit and ensure the presence of single defects in each unit.
- Document results on GMP forms and logbooks.
- Assist with inspection-related deviations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent training and/or experience.
- 2 3 years of experience inspecting products, preferably in a manufacturing or quality environment.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environment, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Inspect syringes, vials, and defect kits according to established procedures.
- Classify and document defects using GMP-approved forms and logbooks.
- Assist with inspection-related deviations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Commitment to quality and compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in product inspection within manufacturing or quality assurance.
