Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon - Fri

Here's what we're looking for.

• 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or a related field
• Knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes
• Understanding of commonly used quality concepts, practices, and procedures
• Experience with inspections, documentation control, and compliance processes
• Familiarity with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
• Ability to analyze data and prepare quality trend reports
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for interaction with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment on the production floor

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control quality system documentation
• Perform in-process and final product inspections
• Conduct incoming material inspections to ensure defect-free material flow
• Prepare Certificates of Compliance (COCs)
• Conduct First Article Inspections
• Perform internal audits of the quality management system
• Carry out production floor audits to ensure procedural compliance and improve performance
• Support third-party and customer audits
• Prepare and analyze trend charts for key quality metrics; assist in addressing negative trends
• Interface with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters
• Identify supplier non-conformances and issue/track Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs)
• Manage supplier performance through DMR processes
• Provide input for customer complaint investigations
