What is Supports Coordination?

Supports Coordination is the service of developing, identifying, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining supports and services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families.

Our Supports Coordinators engage individuals and their families in the development of plans that ensure their needs and goals are addressed, and life opportunities expanded. We have a strong belief that people with disabilities can achieve outcomes, have value, and contribute to their community. We promote individuality, choice and control.

Position Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's or associate's degree in a related area of study
• Driver’s license
• Candidates must have a reliable car
• 50% travel required (driving to individuals' homes and other locations)
• At least 2 years of experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities

Salary:

• Associate's Level Salary $39,000
• Bachelor's Level Salary $45,000
