Job Description:
- We are looking for a highly skilled qTest Lead Developer / Architect to design, develop, and lead enterprise-level test management solutions using Tricentis qTest. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test architecture, automation frameworks, and enterprise integrations, along with proven experience in guiding QA teams on best practices for scalable testing.
- Lead the design and implementation of qTest frameworks and enterprise test management strategies.
- Architect and integrate qTest with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Define test governance models, best practices, and standards for large-scale QA environments.
- Develop and maintain automation integration with qTest (Selenium, Tosca, API testing, etc.).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA teams using qTest.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA managers to align testing strategies with business needs.
- Drive test reporting and analytics for improved release quality and faster defect detection.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for qTest and related QA tools.
- 7 years of experience in QA/Test Engineering, with at least 3 years in a qTest Lead/Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Tricentis qTest (design, configuration, integration).
- Strong experience in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Tosca, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
- Strong programming/scripting background (Java, Python, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca alongside qTest.
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) in test environments.
- Knowledge of API test automation (Postman, RestAssured).
- Certifications: Tricentis qTest certification, ISTQB, or Agile certifications.
