- Lead and execute QA testing activities for a large-scale Outage Management System (OMS) upgrade in a utilities environment.
- Apply over 5 years of hands-on experience with ADMS/OMS systems, preferably GE ADMS (v3.11 ).
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and detailed test cases, ensuring requirement traceability (RTM).
- Coordinate closely with development teams, business analysts, and product/business stakeholders throughout the QA lifecycle.
- Perform functional and regression testing, manage defect lifecycle, and retest as needed.
- Ensure test data readiness, complete requirement coverage, and maintain clear, thorough documentation (including screenshots and logs).
- Track and report on risks, downtime, and testing progress using dashboards.
- Take a hands-on leadership approach, balancing direct testing work with leading and guiding QA efforts.
