- 8-12 years of expertise in test automation with strong communication abilities to convey quality metrics, risks, and insights to both technical and business audiences.
- Deep practical experience with UI and API automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, and RestAssured.
- Expert in test design strategies, test data management, and root cause analysis. Proven track record in data testing including normalization techniques and data contract validation.
- Proficient in JavaScript or Python. Extensive hands-on experience in data pipeline testing, data quality validation, CI/CD processes, cloud platforms, and orchestration tools like Airflow.
- Advanced SQL skills with proven experience in data warehouses and datalakes including Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Redshift.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI/ML applications in test automation. Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
