Core Requirements
- Experience: 5 years in Software Testing with at least 2-3 years in a Lead/Senior role.
- Domain Expertise: 2 years of experience in Clinical Healthcare environments is mandatory.
- Leadership: Proven ability to own the QA strategy, manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and work directly with business stakeholders.
- Process: Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with test management, defect tracking, and automated testing frameworks.
- Establish the Program: Create the standards, templates, and procedures for a new testing department.
- End-to-End Testing: Lead test planning and execution for functional, integration, system, and regression cycles.
- Risk Management: Provide risk-based testing recommendations and final "Go/No-Go" input for releases.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, and traceability matrices.
