Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead / Manager with a strong background in telecom domain projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading QA teams, defining testing strategies, and ensuring high-quality delivery across large-scale systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities across projects
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks
• Oversee manual and automated testing efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and operations
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and best practices
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution
• Mentor and guide QA team members
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with leadership experience
• Strong experience in telecom domain projects
• Proven ability to manage large QA teams and complex projects
• Hands-on experience with test automation and QA tools
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in large enterprise environments
