As a QA Lab Technician, you'll support product teams and product development across. Using your knowledge of hardware and operating systems, you ll build and procure the devices and software that QA will use to evaluate their products.
You ll remain current on industry trends, call out known risks, and offer feedback on important product features; such as minimum specifications. You ll also help organize accessibility testing, helping our client to make experiences that can be enjoyed by as many players as possible.
Quality Assurance Lab Technicians typically report to a QA Supervisor or QA Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized, clean, safe, secure and welcoming Lab environment for our client's developers
- Work with our client's procurement to obtain new hardware and parts for current systems
- Maintain and repair hardware and devices
- Maintain and audit Lab inventory
- Assist our client's developers with their testing needs
- Prepare devices for deployment into the lab
- Use available data to understand industry trends and react accordingly
- Recommend changes to system configurations to improve testing
- You understand and empathize with the Player Experience, with a focus in gaming devices and peripherals
- Customer Service experience
- Familiarity with QA/Test processes
- Expert Proficiency in Windows 7 and higher
- Powershell knowledge and experience
- Expert Proficiency in OSX 10.10 and higher
- Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware, operating systems, device drivers, BIOS
- Experience with gaming hardware and peripherals
- Experience with mobile devices
- Legacy Android
- iOS Xcode provisioning
- Construct and repair PC hardware
- Experience using image deployment software such as Norton Ghost
- Familiarity with performance and benchmarking tools
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Able to carry/lift 40lbs
- Experience with maintaining hardware across several platforms; mobile, console, and PC.
- Networking experience
