Key Responsibilities:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs and inconsistencies
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team
- Validate fixes and enhancements in staging and production environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in manual software testing
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
