Key Responsibilities:
- QA Analyst Tester will design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for loan-related applications
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA tools
- As a QA Analyst Tester, you will participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve application quality and performance
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst or Tester in the Loans domain
- Strong understanding of loan lifecycle processes and related systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ALS (Systematics) or similar loan servicing platforms
- Familiarity with financial services or banking IT environments
- Exposure to Hogan systems is a plus
