Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, develop, test, execute and communicate software releases
- Collaborate with development peers and business partners to understand the book of work and assist with development efforts
- Create effective unit testing coverage for developed code
- Ensure software releases are compliant from an enterprise and regulatory perspective and quality of product is maintained
- Perform full stack development using Python/Java and UI technologies
- Design and implement distributed pipelines, ensuring high reliability and scalability
- Utilize and build CI/CD tooling using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, and CodeBuild
- Identify and improve the quality, capability and efficiency of the code and application
- Partner with Business and Technology teams to define and implement target state business processes with improved data quality
- Drive complete end-to-end initiatives to implement development solutions
- Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle/Software Testing Life Cycle (SDLC/STLC)
- Experience in full stack development
- Experience building UI stack using ReactJS, ES6 , websockets, OpenFin/Electron, Tailwind, etc
- Experience in development with object-oriented programming languages such as Python or Java
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated, self-starter, and organized
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exposure to a financial asset class
