Document creation may also be assigned using various software for standard and custom documents.

Job Description:
- Resource will work onsite in Alpharetta
- This project will be supporting inhouse fulfillment and copy work, along with overflow for open enrollment orders.
This position is responsible for writing print specifications, receiving quotes and sending mailings and open enrollment orders to outside vendors. Additional responsibilities may include internal production in the GA office for open enrollment orders and small mailings. Document creation may also be assigned using various software for standard and custom documents.
Skills/Experience:
- Manages and coordinates print, fulfillment and mail projects with internal staff, clients and vendors, compiles data and materials for print and suggests cost-saving ideas
- Has considerable contact with all levels of client staff about project specifications, print and ship status as well as tracking information.
- Prepares and fills orders for open enrollment with an offsite print vendor or produces orders internally.
- Reviews stored inventory and notifies owners to restock or recycle items.
- Assists with document creation using various software as assigned.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Strong analytical, organizational/time management and multi-project management skills
- Detail oriented, flexible and creative.
- Ability to independently prioritize work and establish, understand and follow work rules and procedures, and take action to improve existing processes.
- Ability to communicate clear instructions and performance expectations to vendors.
- Knowledge and application of English grammar including composition, editing and proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of health care industry issues and client products and policies is a plus but is expected to learn within 120 days.
- Resources must work onsite 5x per week. Schedule is flexible with a 30-45 min lunch break
- Resources will be required to lift boxes, make copies, have good typing and attention to detail skills for entering in address information for UPS.
- Word/Excel skills are important as well.
