Key Responsibilities
- Lead capital projects from handoff through close out
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality
- Execute a repeatable portfolio of asset replacement projects including but not limited to:
- Booster Pump Replacements
- Valve replacements
- Pressure Control Valves (PCVs)
- Take ownership once equipment is ordered and drive projects to completion
- Develop simplified drawing packages as required (actuators, controllers, power)
- Coordinate closely with:
- Regional Operations supervisors and engineers
- Asset Management (ACMs)
- Outage Coordinators
- Mitigate risk through planning process
- Lead and manage:
- MOCs
- Risk Reviews
- Procure materials
- Manage contractors and vendors
- Ensure proper documentation and project close out
- Proven experience delivering capital projects as a Project Manager
- Strong execution experience in:
- Detailed planning
- Field execution
- Close out
- Demonstrated ability to take loosely defined scope and execute effectively
- Experience working with:
- Operations teams
- Field construction
- Contractors and vendors
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience with this company
- Experience in pipeline, energy, or regulated asset environments
- Familiarity with:
- Oracle purchasing
- Management of Change processes
