The role prioritizes strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and delivery orchestration over deep tool specialization.

Project description:
Lead end-to-end delivery of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) discovery and expansion engagement, owning governance, stakeholder alignment, delivery execution, and high-quality outcomes. The role prioritizes strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and delivery orchestration over deep tool specialization.
Required skills:
- 10 years in cybersecurity or IAM/PAM program or project management role
- Experience delivering IAM or PAM initiatives (CyberArk experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder enterprise programs.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Experience managing consulting engagements (T&M and/or fixed scope).
- Exposure to PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar.
- Experience in discovery-led or roadmap-driven cybersecurity engagements.
- Understanding of privileged access lifecycle, onboarding waves, and operational governance.
- Experience working in large enterprises or regulated environments
- PMP certifications would be preferred
