Job Overview:
- Responsible for leading end-to-end technology project execution across Member and Broker domains.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, effective governance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Technology Project Management.
- Experience in Healthcare Payer domain.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technology stack including .NET, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Lead and manage technology projects across Member and Broker platforms.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, development, and business teams for seamless delivery.
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time execution.
- Provide clear and concise status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive governance, reporting cadence, and communication across teams.
- Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project tracking and reporting tools.
- Experience with Broker and Member systems in Medicare Advantage.
- Exposure to cloud-based transformation projects using Azure.
- Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and enterprise workflow solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, development, QA, and business stakeholders.
