Kforce has a client in Boca Raton, FL that is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead delivery for a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation, with a strong focus on Oracle Incentive Compensation within the HCM and Payroll domain. This role is delivery-focused and execution-driven, supporting complex, long-duration enterprise initiatives that require strong governance, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives, with emphasis on Oracle Incentive Compensation and related HCM modules
- Serve as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and execution momentum
- Own overall project execution, including planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue management
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external implementation partners
- Manage project governance activities, including status reporting, executive communications, and steering committee updates
- Ensure delivery milestones are met across multi-phase, long-running transformation programs
- Proactively identify risks and constraints and partner with leadership to develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain strong delivery discipline in a highly matrixed enterprise environment
- Extensive experience serving as a Project Manager on Oracle transformation initiatives, with strong preference for Oracle Cloud environments
- Hands-on leadership experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation and/or HCM, Payroll, or Compensation systems
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex, long-duration programs rather than multiple short-term projects
- Strong experience coordinating across business teams, technical resources, and third-party vendors
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
- Experience operating within structured PMO or enterprise governance frameworks
- Oracle Cloud HCM implementations involving compensation, commissions, or payroll transformations
- Experience working alongside system integrators or third-party Oracle implementation partners
- Enterprise-scale transformation experience in complex, multi-team environments
