FITNESS SALES MANAGER (FSM)

The Fitness Sales Manager (FSM) is responsible for driving all Personal Training revenue inside the club.
This includes:
- Owning the Welcome Workout (consultation) process
- Converting members into long-term PT clients
- Building and maintaining EFT (recurring revenue) growth
- Driving dotFIT supplement revenue
- Executing consistent follow-up and lead management systems
You will partner with the Club Manager and Regional PT Director—but make no mistake:
This role owns the outcome of PT sales performance.
- Drive monthly PT revenue and EFT growth targets
- Build a consistent pipeline of consultations, closes, and long-term clients
- Maximize member lifetime value through PT and retention strategies
- Execute high-conversion consultations using a structured sales process
- Hit and exceed key performance targets:
- 70% booking rate
- 50% show rate
- 30% close rate
- Control the full pipeline: booking → show → close → onboarding
- Run a disciplined follow-up system for:
- No-shows
- Pending decisions
- Former clients
- Expiring sessions
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking, pacing boards, and daily metrics
- Turn missed opportunities into closed revenue
- Integrate supplementation into every consultation based on client goals
- Drive consistent monthly supplement revenue
- Maintain strong product knowledge and recommendation confidence
- Be a visible, high-energy presence on the floor
- Engage new members immediately and position the Welcome Workout
- Build trust quickly and create urgency around results

- CPR/AED certification (required within 30 days)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must pass a background check
