Responsibilities:
As a Project Engineer in our Life Science Construction division, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing and supervising life science construction projects from conception to completion.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Developing a detailed project plan to track progress and adjusting the schedule as needed.
- Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Managing the relationship with all stakeholders and maintaining regular communication.
- Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
To be considered for the Project Engineer position, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in project management, specifically in life science construction.
- Proven working experience in project management and budget management.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in life science construction projects.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
