Experience (Required):
7–8 years of progressive experience in engineering and construction project controls.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong capabilities in cost management, scheduling, project planning, and estimating
Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineering, architectural, and construction firms, suppliers, and internal project teams
Proficiency in Excel and Access
Experience with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and schedule development
Familiarity with accounting and project control systems preferred
Ability to support forecasting of engineering and construction resource needs, including identifying long-lead items, resource constraints, and project start timelines
