Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain project structures, ownership, and accountability
- Build relationships with stakeholders to clarify scope and objectives
- Maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and decisions in Workfront
- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-ups; Track KPIs and budgets
- Coordinate cross-department collaboration and draft status updates
- Ensure adherence to execution standards and apply project management methodologies
- Support team leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring
- Assist with change management activities including training, communications, and planning
- Identify and mitigate risks, track and resolve issues, and develop contingency plans
- Conduct post-project evaluations, document lessons learned and manage smooth project closeout
- 5-7 years in project management leading large transformational initiatives
- 3-5 years in change management execution
- Experience coordinating medium- to large-scale programs
- Experience working with global teams and executive leadership
- Proficient in project management tools (Workfront, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in planning, organizing, and monitoring team performance
- Effective problem-solving and risk management skills
- Skilled in Agile and hybrid methodologies
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to build partnerships and collaborate across stakeholders
