Typical Day Responsibilities
Schedule, lead, and facilitate meetings with crossfunctional partners and stakeholders
Proactively reach out to team members or SMEs as issues arise to drive resolution
Own and manage the full project plan, ensuring tasks, milestones, and dependencies are tracked and completed
Monitor progress, identify risks or blockers, and communicate impacts to leadership
Gather business requirements and validate them with relevant teams
Prepare and deliver clear presentations and status updates
Support execution of the endtoend (E2E) compensation process
Partner with teams across the organization (HR, Compensation, Systems, etc.) to ensure alignment
Manage documentation, reporting, and project artifacts
Ensure all assigned workstreams are delivered on time and meet quality expectations
Required Skills & Qualifications (MustHave)
Strong project management experience (3 8 years; over 8 years considered overqualified)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Requirements Gathering Experience
Ability to lead meetings and drive crossfunctional discussions
Basic understanding of endtoend compensation processes
Experience working with diverse teams (crosscollaboration)
Consulting Experience With a Major Consulting Firm (preferred)
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience (preferred)
