Job Summary: Program Manager | Operations & Compliance
Crestmont Care Solutions is seeking a high-performing Program Manager to serve as the operational and compliance backbone of the agency during a major growth phase. This leadership role is designed for an individual who excels in discipline and elite care delivery, ensuring that the organization operates with flawless documentation and robust workforce systems. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the following core areas:
Elite Compliance & Auditing: You will maintain 24/7 survey readiness under Ohio Administrative Code (OAC)and DODD regulations, oversee UI/MUI reporting and conducting internal audits with a zero-tolerance policy for major deficiencies.
Documentation & Billing Accuracy: You will own the pre-billing audit process, ensuring all services align strictly with Individual Service Plans (ISPs) to maintain a 99% documentation accuracy rate with zero rejected claims.
Workforce Development: You will lead the acquisition and onboarding of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring all staff meet certification requirements and align with the elite culture of the agency.
Operational Strategy: In partnership with the House Manager, you will manage staffing schedules, ensure payroll accuracy, and monitor service utilization to ensure clients receive the full scope of their authorized care.
Qualifications & Compensation
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of leadership within the Ohio DODD system, with deep knowledge of ISP implementation and UI/MUI reporting.
Compensation: $41,600 – $45,670 annually, plus performance bonuses tied to compliance and quality milestones.
