- Deliver clear, concise presentations and updates to senior leadership
- Ensure programs remain on track by identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving accountability
- Maintain program visibility through dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with project managers who handle day-to-day budget management, while maintaining program-level financial oversight
- Support leadership initiatives by aligning program outcomes with strategic priorities
- Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements, particularly in evolving delivery practices
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex programs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for both executive audiences and delivery teams
- Proven ability to navigate organizational dynamics and influence stakeholders
- Experience working within iterative delivery environments
- Familiarity with tools used for tracking work, reporting progress, and managing metrics
- Background supporting technology-focused projects
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Relevant professional certifications in program or project management or iterative delivery methodologies
