- 12 years of experience in QA / Testing / Program Management
- Strong experience in Program Management for large-scale IT programs
- Deep expertise in P&C Insurance domain (Commercial Lines)
- Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy & Billing
- Strong experience in QA Automation (API & UI automation)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, Karate, etc.)
- Experience with automation frameworks (Playwright or similar)
- Strong understanding of Policy lifecycle (Submission → Quote → Bind → Issue)
- Strong understanding of Billing lifecycle (Account, Invoice, Payment, Reconciliation)
- Experience with integration testing and third-party APIs
- Experience defining QA strategy, governance, KPIs, and dashboards
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience managing onshore/offshore QA teams
- Experience driving BDD/TDD and automation-first approach
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
