Program Planning and Execution Manage commercial underwriting and Claims programs.
Stakeholder and CIO Management Manage communication and expectations of C- level stakeholders, especially CIO and Quality Engineering and Assurance leadership.
Influence and align CIO strategic goals with Program Delivery (Test Automation, Gen AI implementation, Data Strategy).
Change Management and Adoption Lead organizational change management for process, strategies, and tools.
Serve as Champion for Transformation and Innovation.
Develop and Manage program budgets.
Identify Risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies across program components.
