Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to any audience, from operational teams to C-suite stakeholders
A demonstrated ability to learn quickly - rapidly absorbing new tools, domains, and team contexts with minimal ramp-up
Curiosity and openness toward AI tools - willingness to actively learn and apply AI-assisted workflows to improve PMO productivity, reporting, and communication

Experience managing multiple simultaneous programs across global, cross-functional teams
Proficiency in process mapping, process analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
