Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead governance and execution of infrastructure and vulnerability management programs. This role focuses on program oversight, executive reporting, risk tracking, and cross-team coordination across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead program governance for infrastructure and technology initiatives
- Manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Drive RAID management (risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies)
- Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and leadership presentations
- Coordinate across infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and vendor teams
- Track vulnerability remediation, patching, and risk reduction efforts
- Support audit, compliance, and control reporting activities
- Ensure on-time delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment
- 8 years in Program Management / PMO / Governance roles
- Strong experience with:
- Program planning & execution
- RAID management
- Executive reporting & dashboards
- Stakeholder management
- Governance forums / steering committees
- Experience in Infrastructure / IT / Technology programs
- Knowledge of Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, or Risk Governance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Experience in Cybersecurity / Cloud / Infrastructure environments
- Exposure to financial services or regulated industries
- Tools: Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, Scrum
